Maithili began her journey with a solid academic background, earning a Master’s degree in English Literature from the prestigious University of Pune and a Post Graduation in Brand Identity & Strategy from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. She leads with creativity and authenticity, as a content and brand strategist along with being the Director at Select Media – a Pioneer Branding Agency for the last 15 years in Media and Advertising, spearheading strategic initiatives along with filmmaking in the corporate sector that redefine industry standards. Her approach has propelled Select Media into a dynamic powerhouse, delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored to clients’ diverse needs. She also was COO for ITA (Indian Television Academy) and Green Chillies, throughout her illustrious career, Maithili has garnered numerous accolades and achievements.

A creative journey began at an early age of 10, appearing in serials, short films, and over 25 plays. Mentored by luminaries like Pandit Satyadev Dubey, Vijaya Mehta, and Prof. Samar Nakhate, her expertise extends beyond acting & direction as she evolved into an acting coach. Maithili also heads All About Acting, an acting institute which is solely driven by passion to train acting enthusiasts with the craft of acting and Unique U-an image consultancy firm to groom aspirants to put their best foot forward. Beyond the spotlight, she served as a facilitator for the Indian Army’s INI – Special Officers Course (Image Grooming and leadership development) and various other colleges. In various domains she has trained more than 500 students by now. Through these ventures, she empowers individuals to unlock their full potential, offering guidance in acting, personal branding and image enhancement.
