Nisha Pavasiya, born on February 18, 1990, in the quaint village of Naari in Bhavnagar district, has carved a niche for herself in the beauty and styling industry. Her educational journey began in her hometown, where she attended Girls School Naari, and later continued her higher secondary education at Bhagvati School in Ahmedabad. With a keen interest in the natural sciences, Nisha pursued a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Sir P. P. Science Institute in Bhavnagar, followed by a Master’s degree from Bhavnagar University.
Despite her strong academic background in zoology, Nisha found herself drawn to the world of beauty and fashion. What started as a hobby soon blossomed into a passion. “At that time, I just started as a hobby and then thought to become the best stylist,” Nisha recalls. This decision marked the beginning of her journey in the beauty industry, a field where she could combine creativity with her innate sense of aesthetics.
Nisha’s hobbies have always been an extension of her vibrant personality. She enjoys Garba, a traditional dance form of Gujarat, which not only keeps her connected to her cultural roots but also allows her to express herself freely. Reading and makeup are other passions that she indulges in, with the latter playing a pivotal role in her career choice.
Her ultimate goal is to become a successful artist and educator in the makeup and hairstyle industry. This aspiration is fueled by her desire to empower others with the skills and knowledge she has acquired over the years. “My life inspiration is my mom—she is a very hardworking woman,” Nisha says, crediting her mother for instilling in her the values of perseverance and dedication. In the professional sphere, she looks up to Simmy Makwana, whose work in the beauty industry has been a guiding light for Nisha.
Family plays a central role in Nisha’s life. She is married and has two daughters, aged 10 and 1, whom she describes as her “God-gifted helping hearts.” Their support has been instrumental in her journey, providing her with the strength and motivation to pursue her dreams.
Today, Nisha is the proud owner of Aagna Beauty Care Salon in Botad. Under her stewardship, the salon has earned a reputation as the best in the area, offering a range of beauty services that reflect her expertise and dedication to quality. Her journey from a small village school to owning a top-rated salon is a testament to her hard work and passion.
